BHV Partners is collaborating in the third edition of the CreceStartup Health programme, promoted by the Americas Continental Health Alliance, the Hive Health Hub, the European Business and Innovation Centre of Cartagena (CEEIC) and the Instituto de Fomento de la Región de Murcia. After two successful editions, CreceStartup Health has extended the 2022 call for start-ups from Spain and Latin America.
The programme is based on open innovation dynamics where start-ups are connected with strategic stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem to find partners to help them scale their business, validate their technological solution’s commercial interest with experts and potential customers, and access investment and funding.
CreceStartup Health takes place during October and November 2022 online. An Investor Day was held on 15 November with the 14 start-ups of this edition, in which Helena Arumí, Business Development & Investor Relations of BHV Partners, introduced what it offers as the first venture builder specialising in healthcare in Southern Europe.
“As a startup builder, we are involved in the entire value chain with a long-term approach, working hands-on at any company level and beyond acceleration. We increase the value of startups, lowering their risk and increasing their chances of success” said Helena Arumí.
In addition to BHV Partners, entities such as Johnson & Johnson MedTech, DKV, the University of Murcia, the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, the Murcian Health Service, the Institute of Biosanitary Research of Murcia, and others are involved in the programme.
