After 15 years of experience in capital markets and corporate finance in Spain and Portugal, Tomas joined the Madrid Bar Association in 2005, assisting corporations in financial matters.

Since then, he has participated at the C level in family owned companies and as a board member in several projects, assuming the role of CFO in transition. His broad experience is complemented by a solid and diverse academic background.

Tomas has a degree in Biology from the Universidad de Barcelona, a degree in Law from UNED, an MBA from IESE Business School, an executive degree in International Finance from Georgetown University and a degree in Digital Business from ISDI.
