Biography
The Board of Directors of BHV Partners has appointed Albert as new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective 1 January 2024. He joined BHV Partners as Partner & Strategic and Innovation Consultant in 2023.
He has more than 15 years of experience in biotech start-ups as an entrepreneur and CEO such as Plebiotic, Laboratorios BioInnove and aScidea, the latests acquired by multinational pharmaceutical companies. Between 2018-2021 he held the position of Genomics EMEA General Manager at Fagron Genomics and 2021-2023 Global Genomics Innovation Manager at Fagron Group.
Since 2015 he is an start-up accredited consultant by ACCIÓ (Government of Catalonia), and mentor and lecturer at the UPF Barcelona School of Management, as well as advisor for several start-ups and spin-offs. Since March 2023 he acts as an interim manager and strategic and innovation consultant.
