He has 20 years of experience in human resources (HR) in a wide variety of business sectors and cycles: pharmaceutics (Sanofi), consultancy (Buck Consultants), online banking (Uno-e and BBVA group) and telecommunications (Broadnet).

He held national and international executive positions at all of these companies and was in close contact with start-ups and innovation ecosystems.

He has a degree in Economics from the University of Leon and an MBA from IE Business School. He collaborates with several business schools, business associations (AEDIPE, Barcelona Global, AED and CírculoEcuestre) and media outlets, and is co-author of the book Control 2.0.
