Xavier is Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Olistic, Co-Founder of DevsHealth and Start-up mentor at The Collider, the tech transfer programme promoted by Mobile World Capital Barcelona.

From 2013 to 2021, he was Operations Director at Uriach, where he led international operations (R&D, drug substance and drug product production, quality, logistics, operational excellence, etc.) and was a member of the Executive Board.

Previously, he was General Manager of Synthon and head of Production at Sanofi.
